As an approved trade customer you see prices ex VAT throughout the shop, receive volume discounts from 12 units and can order on account.
How approval works

Register
Enter your company details and VAT registration number – takes two minutes.

Check
We verify your VAT registration number, usually on the same working day.

Start ordering
Once approved, every page shows your trade prices and volume bands.
Price groups
Your group depends on your average order volume and is reviewed regularly. Each group has its own volume prices, shown directly on the product page.

Minimum order value £125.00 ex VAT
Trade – pallet
Minimum order value £400.00 ex VAT
plus 3.0% group discount
Key account – container
Minimum order value £2,000.00 ex VAT
plus 6.0% group discount
Terms at a glance
- Prices
- All prices are ex VAT. Volume prices apply automatically once you reach the listed quantity.
- Payment
- First order in advance. After that, on account – 30 days net, subject to credit approval.
- VAT
- UK VAT is charged on domestic supplies; exports are zero-rated, subject to proof of export.
- Exports
- Deliveries outside the United Kingdom are zero-rated exports. Import duties and any local taxes are payable by the recipient.
- Delivery
- Despatch from our Manchester warehouse, usually within 24 hours. Pallet quantities on request via our haulage partner.
- Returns
- Standard trade returns terms by arrangement. Please report transport damage within 7 days.
