Delivery & payment
All parcels leave our warehouse in Manchester – orders placed by 2pm are usually despatched the same working day.

Pallet delivery by freight forwarder on request. Deliveries to the European Union and the rest of the world are delivered duty unpaid; import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient.
Payment methods
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- No surcharge. Despatched on receipt of payment, usually the next working day.
- PayPal
- Instant payment confirmation, same-day despatch possible.
- Credit card / Apple Pay
- Processed through our payment provider, 3-D Secure.
- Trade account
- For approved trade customers subject to a credit check, 30 days net.
Delivery times
UK mainland 1–2 working days, EU 3–6 working days, rest of world 5–10 working days after receipt of payment. Products that are out of stock are marked as such in the shop; restocking from the current import shipment usually takes 4–7 weeks.
