Cancellation and returns
Last updated: August 2026
1. Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This right comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Where an order is delivered in several instalments, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise the right to cancel, tell us of your decision by a clear statement – for example a letter sent by post or an email – addressed to Cellwick Ltd, Mainstraße 27, 65474 Bischofsheim, Germany, email widerruf@cellwick.de, telephone +44 7411 730722. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you do not have to. To meet the deadline it is enough for you to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.
2. Effects of cancellation
If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for any extra costs arising because you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earlier.
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you tell us that you are cancelling. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before that period has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods when you cancel simply because you have changed your mind. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
3. Returns address
Please send returns to our warehouse in Germany. All returns go there – not to the registered office in the United Kingdom and not to the despatch warehouse in Manchester:
Cellwick Ltd – Returns
Mainstraße 27
65474 Bischofsheim
Germany
Please enclose a note with your order number so that we can match the parcel to your order. We cannot accept parcels sent carriage forward.
4. Faulty goods: we pay for the return
If the goods are faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, Cellwick pays the cost of returning them. Contact us at widerruf@cellwick.de before sending anything back and we will either send you a prepaid return label or refund the postage against a receipt.
This is separate from cancelling. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 – to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and after that to a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund – are not affected by anything on this page.
5. When the right to cancel does not apply
There is no right to cancel contracts for the supply of goods that are made to your specification or clearly personalised (for example printed promotional items), or for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been broken after delivery. The same applies to sealed audio or video recordings and computer software once unsealed, and to goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
The right to cancel is a consumer right only. Trade customers have no right to cancel, and neither do buyers of lots bought through our auctions – see the Auction terms.
6. Our voluntary 30-day returns offer (not a legal right)
In addition to the statutory right to cancel described above, we voluntarily allow consumers to return goods within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be unopened and in their original packaging, and you bear the cost of return.
This is a goodwill arrangement offered by Cellwick, not a right given to you by law. It does not restrict, replace or shorten your statutory right to cancel or your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of faulty goods.
7. Model cancellation form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
